Intimately Connected Therapy is happy to utilize an industry leading software called Simple Practice. Its HIPAA compliant portal allows for secure video or phone sessions and ensures client information is protected. Its portal also allows clients access to a secure messaging portal, gives them the ability to schedule their own appointments, make payments for services, and helps remind them of scheduled appointments. If you utilize the contact or request appointment buttons below, you'll be directed to that system.
Intimately Connected Therapy does not current accept or bill directly to insurance. Clients with all insurance are welcome and we are happy to provide a monthly superbill which can be submitted to insurance by the client for possible reimbursement (we can talk you through that process). Payment for sessions is due at the time of service and we require a card on file for all our clients.
Our per session rate for a 1 hour individual or couple session is $150.
Group sessions costs are $60 a session.
We are also pleased to offer a menu of monthly subscription based counseling services:
Monthly Individual Basic Service $550 (up to $850 value) - Entitles client to up to 1 weekly session, plus on additional monthly 30 min session.
Monthly Group Service $200 (up to $300 value)- Entitles client to a weekly group attendance in group of their membership (up to 5 monthly) and attendance at an additional weekly check-in group for additional support.
Monthly All In Service $1250 (up to $2300 value)- Entitles client to 2 weekly hour sessions, plus an additional weekly 30 min session, plus weekly group attendance and weekly check in group.
(Monthly payments are required in advance of service. Refunds are not provided for unused sessions, except those where therapist is unable to provide service. Scheduling can be done in advance or as needed depending on therapist availability but session is assured within 72 hours of request. Additional sessions beyond those provided by subscription are available at typical session rates. If higher levels of care are deemed necessary, subscription may be pro-rated and either a new agreement made or referrals provided).
